Membership

Membership of this Society in Ghana comprises various medical specialties including, but not limited to, paediatric oncologists, paediatric oncology nurse specialists, paediatric oncology pharmacists, paediatric and other subspecialtysurgeons, radiation oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, haematologists, and their postgraduate fellows in training among others.

Membership also includes non - health professionals who are committed to seeing progress in the care of childhood cancer patients and their guardians in Ghana.

Regular Member

All members must be permanently resident in Ghana and must be in good standing with their respective professional licensing councils.

Paediatric Oncologists, Paediatricians who manage children with cancers, Paediatric Oncology Nurses, General Nurses who manage children with cancers, or accredited Specialists in other disciplines who provide childhood cancer care directly.

Associate Member

Associate members shall not have the right to vote on any resolution at any general meeting of the Society, shall not be counted towards a quorum and shall not hold executive positions in the Society.

All other registered health practitioners or other professionals or members of the public who are interested in and/or provide support for paediatric oncology

International Member

Anyone who does not reside in Ghana and is working or has worked with children with cancers and wishes to become a CCSG member, and whom the executives consider as qualified.
